Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that during sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and total order weight.

Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly displayed on our website or product pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

You can also log into your account to view real-time tracking updates.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly or email us — we’ll help you resolve it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot predict or control these fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

MediOops™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@medioops.com within 7 days of delivery — include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.

Your payment reserves your item, and it will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
