We want you to love every MediOops™ product you purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are dietary supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations (FDA compliance).

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer service team atmedioops.help@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples

For products bought through other platforms, please contact the respective seller directly for their return policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace a product, please return the unopened item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
